​GUJRANWALA (April 10, 2026): The 42nd annual Urs celebrations of Hazrat Pir Ata Mohammad Qadri (R.A) commenced at Darbar Ghousia with religious fervor and spiritual gatherings. The events included Quran Khwani (recitation of the Holy Quran) and a soul-stirring Mehfil-e-Sama (Sufi music).
​The Sajjada Nasheen, Chaudhry Iqbal Gujjar and Chaudhry Asif Iqbal Gujjar, along with a large number of devotees and pilgrims, participated in the ceremonies. The blessed celebrations of the annual Urs will enter their final day on April 11.Yesterday, deeply moving spiritual sessions were held, featuring Quranic recitations, Naat-Khwani, and Dhikr (remembrance of Allah). During the Mehfil-e-Sama, renowned Qawwals showcased their art, leaving the participants in a state of spiritual ecstasy. Devotees attended in large numbers to seek spiritual solace, followed by special prayers for the community.
​On the concluding day, the program will feature further Quranic recitations, Naat Khwani, and a grand collective prayer. Special supplications will be offered for the peace, stability, and prosperity of the nation, marking the formal conclusion of the Urs festivities.
