Islamabad, Apr 18 : On the request of Daniya Shah, the case of the murder of former member of the National Assembly, Aamir Liaquat, was not registered in the Additional District and Session Court East. During the hearing, Aamir Liaquat’s third wife, Daniya Shah, said in court that on February 22, 2022, some foreign individuals gave Aamir Liaquat Rs. 250 million, and when they gave him the money, they also made a video.
Aamir Liaquat had kept Rs. 30 million in the bank and the rest of the money in the lockers of a house in Khudadad Colony. Aamir Liaquat has been murdered and the case should be registered. In the request submitted by Daniya Shah, prominent names including Ali Javed, Abbas, Saqib, and three unidentified individuals were nominated. The court ordered the government lawyer to provide evidence at the next hearing and postponed the hearing until April 18.
Before, the lawyer of the accused, Daniya Shah, had filed a request to re-block the statement of the accuser in the case of Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain’s objectionable videos going viral. The Judicial Magistrate East heard the case of spreading objectionable videos of Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain. The petitioner’s lawyer stated that we have further questions for the accuser in this case, so we should be allowed to re-submit our request.
