Army Chief Vows to Defeat Digital Terrorism; Stresses National Unity for Stability

​RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir has reaffirmed the military’s resolve to combat “digital terrorism” and misinformation aimed at creating a rift between the state and the public.
​Addressing a high-level security meeting, the COAS stated that the armed forces are fully aware of the evolving threats in the digital domain. He emphasized that spreading chaos and fake news is a deliberate attempt to weaken Pakistan’s national integrity.
​”The nexus between internal facilitators and external enemies will be dismantled at all costs,” General Munir remarked.
