- Narcotics Seizure: In a significant operation, the team targeted and arrested notorious drug dealer Shujaat Ali Khan. The arrest occurred near the Koral CNG station, Islamabad, where substantial amounts of narcotics were seized. This operation was documented under FIR No. 253/24, registered under CNSA-9(1)6c, demonstrating the department’s commitment to combatting drug trafficking.
- Illegal Arms Possession: Following the narcotics crackdown, on April 20, 2024, SHO Asif’s team apprehended Abubakar son of Muhammad Younus at his residence in Bahria Town, Islamabad. He was found in possession of an illegal 30-bore pistol with ammunition. The operation led to FIR No. 254/24 registered under the Arms Ordinance, AO 13/20/65, marking a crucial step in curbing illegal weapons.
