GUJRANWALA: Commissioner Gujranwala Division, Muhammad Ali, conducted a surprise visit to the PERA (Punjab Enforcement Regulatory Authority) Enforcement Station in Tehsil Saddar today. During the visit, he conducted a detailed review of office management, administrative affairs, and the facilities available at the station. During the briefing, Madam Khushba provided a comprehensive report to the Commissioner regarding the organization’s overall performance, official operations, and ongoing activities. Inspection of “New PERA Enforcement City” Following the office inspection, Commissioner Muhammad Ali visited the construction site of the “New PERA Enforcement City.” Review of Progress: He personally inspected the ongoing construction work, the quality of materials being used, and other technical aspects of the project. Technical Briefing: Relevant technical officers briefed the Commissioner on the current status of the project, the established deadlines, and the challenges being faced during construction. Directives Issued: Commissioner Muhammad Ali directed the officials to accelerate the pace of construction to ensure the public project is completed and operational on schedule. Quality Assurance: He explicitly stated that no compromise on construction quality would be tolerated and ordered strict monitoring at every stage of development. Commissioner’s Vision for Modern Infrastructure Addressing the officials, Commissioner Muhammad Ali emphasized the government’s commitment to improved service delivery: “In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the construction of modern infrastructure and the provision of excellent public services are our top priorities. Upgrading PERA enforcement offices to modern standards will not only enhance departmental efficiency but will also ensure timely relief for the citizens.” The Commissioner further stressed that all relevant departments must improve inter-departmental coordination and maintain the highest standards of transparency and quality throughout the project’s completion.
