PJA Delegation Meets Director Public Relations Munawar Hussain; Congratulates and Presents Shield on Assuming Additional Charge

The President of the Pakistan Journalist Association (PJA) Gujranwala, Muhammad Yahya Kaleem Mirza, along with his team, met with the Director of Public Relations (DPR) Gujranwala Division, Munawar Hussain, as a delegation and extended their heartiest congratulations to him on assuming his additional charge. On this occasion, a commemorative shield and a bouquet were also presented to Munawar Hussain in recognition of his 17 years of outstanding, honest, and valuable services in the Public Relations Department.
The delegation praised Munawar Hussain’s professional capabilities, polite demeanor, spirit of public service, and exemplary cooperation with the journalist community, stating that his 17-year service is a valuable asset to the Public Relations Department. The delegation expressed hope that even after receiving additional responsibilities, he would continue to work with the same zeal and sincerity, further promoting effective communication between the Information Department and the media.
PJA President Muhammad Yahya Kaleem Mirza said that Munawar Hussain’s services have always reflected merit, transparency, and professional principles, which is why the journalist community always holds his performance in high esteem. He added that being assigned the additional post is a practical acknowledgment of his hard work, capability, and excellent track record.
Director of Public Relations Gujranwala Division, Munawar Hussain, thanked the PJA President, the members of the delegation, and the journalist community, saying that this honor is a source of pride for him. He resolved to fulfill his new responsibility with complete honesty, dedication, and a sense of duty, and to continue his efforts for the better service of the public and the media.
The meeting was held in a very cordial and friendly atmosphere, where detailed discussions took place regarding mutual cooperation, promotion of positive journalistic traditions, and the timely provision of authentic information to the public. Along with Muhammad Yahya Kaleem Mirza, the delegation included Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor Kamboh, Qasim Ali Sheikh, Muhammad Shahzad Sharif, Dr. Sajid Siddique, Malik Muhammad Ansar, Waleed Saleem, Malik Imran Sabir, Hafiz Muhammad Umar, and other journalists.
