Islamabad, September 18 : In a significant police operation conducted by the Shalimar Police Station in Islamabad, two suspects were apprehended:
- Mohammad Ahmed, son of Mohammad Saif, residing near Muridke railway station, district Sheikhupura.
- Saeed Ahmed, son of Mohammad Akram, residing on Nehar Road, Qila 84, Tehsil and district Faisalabad.
On September 3, 2023, Major Syed Saddam, along with his team from the Family Blessing Marriage Hall, E-11/4, Islamabad, was participating in a Birthday program when unidentified thieves stole official property, including a Glock pistol, cash amounting to 18 lakh rupees, two valuable watches, an army driving license, mobile phones, and other items. The theft occurred during the event, and the entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras.
In a commendable display of dedication and skill, SHO Kamal Khan, ASI Mohammad Ishaq , and his team successfully arrested the prime suspects. SHO Kamal Khan responded swiftly to the incident, ensuring that immediate action was taken to apprehend the suspects. This quick response played a crucial role in preventing further losses. His contributions to the successful resolution of the major theft case are noteworthy and deserving of commendation.
ASI Mohammad Ishaq also worked effectively as part of a team, collaborating with his colleagues to ensure the operation’s success. His ability to coordinate efforts and communicate effectively was instrumental in achieving the desired outcome.

- Fossil Watches (Valued at 65,000 PKR)
- Army Card, License, and Other Items (Valued at 10,000 PKR)
Further investigations are underway to apprehend the remaining suspects involved in the theft. This operation showcases the dedication and commitment of law enforcement agencies in maintaining public safety and upholding the rule of law.
