SHO Shafqat Faiz’s Crackdown on Beggar Mafia and their Facilitators

ISLAMABAD, June 10 : In a bold move to tackle the growing menace of the beggars mafia in Islamabad, the Capital Police has initiated a comprehensive crackdown, targeting the organized networks involved in this illegal activity. Led by SHO Shafqat Faiz, the operation aims to eradicate this social issue from its grass root level, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents.

Under the vigilant leadership of SHO Shafqat Faiz, the Kohsar Police Team conducted a series of successful raids in Sectors F7 and F6, resulting in the arrest of numerous beggars and their facilitators. The accused individuals were promptly apprehended and the necessary legal proceedings were initiated against them.

In an interview with the Daily Information Times, SHO Shafqat Faiz emphasized that all significant initiatives and operations against criminals, including the recent arrest of the suspects involved in the beggar mafia, are conducted under the astute guidance and direction of IG Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan and DIG Syed Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari. His statement emphasizes the pivotal role played by the visionary leadership in shaping effective strategies and providing a framework for law enforcement personnel to combat criminal activities and ensure community safety.

Despite the challenges posed by the high volume of incoming calls, SHO Shafqat Faiz strives to give due attention to each reported incident and take immediate action whenever required. Furthermore, as part of the crackdown, special attention has been given to protecting the most vulnerable members of society. The children found with the beggars have been transferred to a designated Child Protection Center, where they will receive appropriate care, support, and rehabilitation.
