SNGPL Chief Engineer and GM Umer Hayat Praised for Honest Leadership


Rawalpindi, October 18, 2024 – In a significant meeting today with Bureau Chief of Daily Pakistan, Mr. Farhan Hussain Jafri, and General Secretary of Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists Workers, Mr. Syed Bilal Izzat Naqvi, Chief Engineer of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Rawalpindi, Syed Ehsan Raza, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to serving the citizens of Rawalpindi.

During the meeting, Syed Ehsan Raza emphasized the commitment of SNGPL to solving the challenges faced by the community, particularly those related to gas supply. He assured that the issue of low gas pressure in Iqbal Town, Rawalpindi, would be addressed promptly. “I will personally visit Iqbal Town tomorrow to assess the situation and ensure a resolution,” said Mr. Raza, underlining his hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Syed Ehsan Raza further praised the leadership of SNGPL General Manager, Umer Hayat, describing him as a “dead honest person” and a leader deeply committed to resolving the nation’s issues. “Mr. Umer Hayat is not only honest but also proactive in finding solutions to the challenges faced by our citizens,” Mr. Raza added.

Both Mr. Farhan Hussain Jafri and Mr. Syed Bilal Izzat Naqvi echoed these sentiments, acknowledging the exemplary service of SNGPL’s leadership. “GM Umer Hayat and Chief Engineer Syed Ehsan Raza are true examples for other officers in their dedication and professionalism,” said the journalists, commending the efforts made by the SNGPL team to address pressing community concerns.
