Historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signed Between Punjab Highway Patrol Gujranwala Region and Kings Group of Colleges

A historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Gujranwala Region and the Kings Group of Colleges. The agreement was signed by Regional Officer SP Mian Moazzam Ali and Director of Kings Group of Colleges, Rana Manzoor Ahmed, during the ceremony.

Under the terms of the agreement:

  • The college will provide 100% free education to the children of police martyrs and those who passed away during service.
  • The children of serving personnel will receive an 80% discount on educational expenses.

On this occasion, a ‘Road Safety Awareness Session’ was also organized for students of the driving class held under the auspices of NAVTTC. In his address to the students, SP Mian Moazzam Ali stated that road sense and adherence to traffic laws are the guarantees of safe highways. Emphasizing the importance of professional driving training, he noted that driving without proper training is a leading cause of accidents. He also educated citizens on traffic regulations, the importance of using helmets, and emergency helplines (15, 1124, 130).

At the conclusion of the session, the students thanked SP Mian Moazzam Ali for providing vital information regarding road safety.
