Gujranwala, July 12, 2026 – Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Shazia Fareed and Shazia Gondal, General Secretary of the Women’s Wing of Mehr Welfare Society Punjab, along with a delegation, visited the bereaved family of MPA Bibi Wadeeri to express their deep condolences and grief over the sudden passing of her brother. The delegation offered Fateha for the departed soul. During the visit, MNA Shazia Fareed expressed her solidarity with the grieving family, stating, “We share the profound sorrow of the family in this difficult time. We pray that Almighty Allah grants the deceased a place in His mercy and gives the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss with patience.” Discussing the national situation during the meeting, MNA Shazia Fareed strongly condemned the recent incidents of terrorism and remarked: “The entire nation pays tribute to the officers and personnel of the Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies, who have made immense sacrifices to maintain peace and order in the country.” Shazia Gondal added that the sacrifices of the valiant armed forces will never go in vain. She emphasized that the entire nation stands united like a solid wall, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with security forces to eradicate the menace of terrorism from its roots.
