RAWALPINDI: SSP Operations Rawalpindi, Faisal Saleem, known for his bravery, honesty, and integrity, held an open court at the Police Line Headquarters in Rawalpindi today. The court witnessed an overwhelming response from the local citizens, who came forth with their grievances against various unlawful activities and sought immediate redressal.
Mr.Faisal Saleem, who has gained a reputation for his people-centric approach and has always shown a soft corner for the citizens, attentively listened to all the complaints. He emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between the police department and the general public, ensuring that every citizen’s voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly.
Addressing his subordinates, SSP Faisal Saleem directed them to prioritize and manage the complaints of the citizens at the earliest. He reiterated the importance of a collaborative approach and urged his team to work diligently to restore the faith of the common man in the police department.
While the SSP is renowned for his compassionate approach towards citizens, he is equally stringent when it comes to maintaining discipline and integrity within the department. Reflecting on this, Mr. Faisal Saleem warned against any “black sheep” within the department. He was assertive in mentioning that any misconduct or deviation from duty would not be tolerated, and appropriate actions would be taken against those found guilty.
