RAWALPINDI: On December 27th 2022, President PPP Rawalpindi City Raja Kamran Hussain , As one of the most influential leaders within the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) , issued a call for PPP workers to gather at Liaqat Bagh in Rawalpindi. The gathering is meant to commemorate the martyrdom of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was assassinated in 2007.
Raja Kamran Hussain President PPP Rawalpindi City also announced that there will be road rallies across the city one day before the event.

The memorial event is being organized by the PPP and aims to honor the legacy of Bhutto, who served as Prime Minister from 1988-1990 and 1993-1996. Hussain called for all PPP workers to take part in this historic day and celebrate the life of their beloved leader. He stated that honoring her memory is a way of keeping her legacy alive and inspiring future generations.
